• Download the app from App Store or Google Play Store 

• Enter Personal and ID Details: 

• Provide your National ID (locals) or Passport/Work Permit (foreigners).  

• Upload scanned images of your ID  

• Add personal information like Name, Address, and Date of Birth.  

• An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent via SMS to verify your number.  

• Use the OTP to set your desired PIN and biometrics by following the prompts in the app.  

• Your wallet is now active and ready for transactions.  

1. Download the DhiraaguPay App and log in with your mobile number.  

2. Enter Personal and ID Details:  

• - Provide your National ID (locals) or Passport/Work Permit (foreigners).  

• - Add personal information like Name, Address, and Date of Birth.  

3. Submit Employment Details including employer name, salary range, and proof of income.  

4. Upload scanned images of your ID and supporting documents.

6. Use the OTP to set your desired PIN and biometrics by following the prompts in the app.  

7. Dhiraagupay staff will conduct a video call for identity verification.  

8. Once the verification is complete your wallet will be active.  

9. Your wallet is now activated with a limit of MVR 20,000. 

Special registration process for PEPs requiring enhanced verification:  
 

• Download the DhiraaguPay App and log in with your mobile number.  

• Select and confirm your PEP category and position during registration.  

• Enter Personal and ID Details:  

• Provide National ID (locals) or Passport/Work Permit (foreigners).  

• Add Address, Contact Information, and Date of Birth.  

• Submit Employment Details including employer name, salary range, and proof of income.  

• Upload scanned images of your ID and supporting documents.  

• An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent via SMS to verify your number.  

• Use the OTP to set your desired PIN and biometrics by following the prompts in the app.  

• DhiraaguPay staff will conduct a video call for identity verification.  

• Once the verification is complete your wallet will be active  

Easily upgrade your DhiraaguPay Wallet to enjoy higher transaction limits:  

• Access the Settings section in the DhiraaguPay app and select Upgrade to Wallet 2.  

• Complete missing personal and employment information required for wallet upgrade.  

• Upload Required Documents:  

• Provide National ID (locals) or Passport/Work Permit (foreigners).  

• Submit proof of income, if applicable.  

• A video call will be conducted by Dhiraagu staff to verify your details.  

• DhiraaguPay staff will conduct a video call for identity verification.
